Leo Millan

Leo is a California native and former U.S. Air Force veteran who is now Chief Member of Millan Enterprises LLC. For the past 7 years, he has been an active member of the Clarksville Department of Electricity Power Board and is currently the Personnel Chairman. Leo also serves on the board of Austin Peay’s College of Business, President’s Circle of Advisors, and Business Advisory Council for Montgomery County schools. He was also a board member and former president of Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation. Leo and his wife of 23 years, Lillie, moved to Clarksville in 1995 via military. They have 4 children, Leo Jr (22), Arianna (19), Janessa (17), and Andrew (15). Last but not least, they have a 5-year-old Maltipoo named Kobe. Leo has been investing in real estate for 22 years. When his duty station was completed in 1999, he knew he wanted to make Clarksville his home and is now committed in helping to revitalize the downtown area by buying and renovating real estate. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, swimming, fishing, basketball, traveling, and taking mission trips for medical and church building purposes.
