Millan Enterprises Residential Application Process:
1) Search our extensive list of available properties.
2) Once you’ve found a property that interests you, schedule a showing through our website.
3) After your showing, fill out the application form and submit your supporting documents through the Application Portal.

4) For your application to be processed, you must drop off the application fee directly at our office. Payment must be in the form of a money order, cashier’s check, personal check, or exact change in cash. The application fee is $50.00. All online payments are non-refundable.
5) We will process your application and run a credit check. Once this has been processed, we will contact you via phone to inform you of the outcome and next steps.
