The Millan Center, a magnificent structure encompassing 340,000 square feet across multiple levels, will be a blend of elegance and functionality, hosting approximately 114 residential units and 15,650 square feet of dedicated commercial and office space. The project will also accommodate 465 parking spaces, of which 335 will be structured, ensuring convenience for residents and visitors alike.
