Millan Enterprises Residential Application Process:
1) Search our extensive list of available properties.
2) Once you’ve found a property that interests you, schedule a showing through our website.
3) After your showing, fill out the application form and submit your supporting documents through the Application Portal.

4) For your application to be processed, you must drop off the application fee directly at our office. Payment must be in the form of money order, cashier’s check, personal check, Venmo payment, or exact change in cash. The application fee is $75.00. All online payments are non-refundable.
5) We will process your application and run a credit check. Once this has been processed we will contact you via phone to inform you of the outcome and next steps.
If you are paying your application fee through Venmo, please state the property you are applying for and the applicant’s full name in the memo section of your payment.
You will need to create an account to access the application portal.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Application Fees and all online payments are non-refundable.
