Millan Enterprises Residential Application Process:
1) Search our extensive list of available properties －pick your favorite. Our single-family homes and other designated properties are pet-friendly! Restrictions apply.
2) Click the Apply Now button to start your application. Click here for our Application Checklist. If you’d like to schedule a showing prior to submitting your application, send us a request through our website.
3) The application fee is $50.00 and can be paid online. Payment must be submitted before we can process your application. Alternate forms of payment must be dropped off directly at our office, in the form of a money order, cashier’s check, personal check, or exact change in cash. The application fee is non-refundable.
4) After screening your application and credit report, we will reach out to inform you of the next steps.
